I held a lecture/conference on cultural awareness of a country I have never been to and know very little about (in any other sense than the kind of music that comes from the area). Aging
Regression appears to be part of aging. Someone once said that their best work (writing) was when they had nothing other than problems.
The hardship life bestows upon us really is nothing more than an opportunity. Sort of bible style, what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, but I believe that the little horrible pieces of the day/week/year are there to make you better, not more callous....
